Foundations First Athletics ("we," "us") publishes The Speed Window and operates foundationsfirstathletics.com. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what you give us, we use it to send you what you asked for, and we never sell it.
Email addresses, when you request the free brochure, sample chapters, or updates. Name, email, and the details you type into a form, when you apply as a coach partner or send an organizational inquiry. Basic technical logs (such as pages visited and browser type) collected automatically by our hosting provider to keep the site running and secure.
To deliver the content you requested, respond to your inquiry, and send occasional emails about the book, the drill library, and youth athletic development. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing works immediately.
We use a small number of service providers to operate: Kit (email delivery and list management), Formspree (form processing), and Vercel (website hosting). Each receives only the information needed to do its job. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, and we do not run third-party advertising on this site.
This site is written for parents, coaches, and organizations. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. You can also ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below, and we will honor the request promptly.
